My ATTEMPT at Poetry. (Batman is involved in one of them)

The BAT

Wind whistling through the city streets
As a little girl in red weeps.
The bright light touches the sky
As a billionaire peels by.

The identity smothered in black
With weapons to heavy to pack.
A city to proud to yell:
Who must ring the bell?

Ears pointed to the sky with
Everyone else too afraid to try.
A structure to solid to break
Making fear hide in its wake.

The color red fighting for a win.
Water splashing to cover her skin.
The moon lighting up the street
Only to help her regain her feet.

Red turns around to see a fight
Witnessing a beast with so much might.
Wings spread from left to right.
Shaking to regain her sight.

Her blurred vision focusing back
To see two men have hit the sack.
Reaching down to pick up her hat.
Then noticing the reflection of a bat!

Ukulele

A man and his ukulele
Playing with passion.
Helping him forget all his worries.

Strumming a beautiful sound
To cheer up the crowd.
Adding a beautiful voice
To sing about a choice.

Should I play the chord D
Or should I play the chord E?

People tossing change his way
Keeping a smile on his face for the day.

Imagination

The mind is a beautiful thing.
Working faster then the blink of an eye.
A sense triggering a thought
Struggling to figure it out.
Volts of conductivity
Pacing from ear to ear.
The music is creeping out
Spreading bumps on the skin.
Letting imagination
Take you from within.
Shooting from bottom to top.
Thought poking the brain.
The brain activating the arm.
The arm running into the hand.
The hand directing the utensil.
Creating cursive movement
To appeal to the surface.

Conscious

Life is a long encounter.
Breathing is the easiest part.
Pushing so hard to find a spot.
Searching through the choices
To find the real you.
Looking at the divide
Fighting at which path to take.
Life is a fictional mirror.
Stalking reflections of us.
We jump out of ourselves
When times get rough.
Becoming the follower of our conscious.
It watches as we make
The right or wrong choices.
A struggle begins as it tries
Desperately to get back in.
Pushing, scratching, tearing, screaming
Until it’s too late.
The explosion of tears begin
And that’s when it gets in.
Only to pick ourselves back up
And start all over again.

Interview with Tony Oliver!

The Other Luke and I take on an awesome interview with Tony Oliver on the newest episode of The Furious Fancast! This guy does it all and by it all I mean he acts, voice-acts, writes, directs, produces, and finally he teaches workshops on how to become a good voice-actor! Tyler and myself actually grew up watching one of his best achievements, which is The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers! Tony started working for Saban Entertainment and soon after he started the job, Haim Saban asked Tony to help him out with a potentially awesome idea and so it led to a multi-billion dollar series! Since then Tony has worked all over the country with video games and movies and even television shows. Tony Oliver is currently working on workshops that he teaches all over the country. These workshops involve beginner skills into becoming a decent voice-actor! We get into a lot more detail about his awesome career and all the projects that he has completed throughout his life. Tony also talks about his workshops and was even nice enough to give a great description of what goes on in these workshops!
